After 18 years in business, I finally made a wiring diagram.

After 18 years in business, I finally made a wiring diagram.

In those 18 years, I would not need all my fingers to count how many times someone asked for one. So I never saw it as a necessity.

It was not a cost issue.
It was not a capability issue.
It just was not something I thought was needed.

Then a friend of mine said something simple:

“One day an agency you work with may require it. And it makes Trailer Alarms, LLC even more legitimate.”

Fair point.

So I contacted a professional company and had it done right.

Now:

• A printed wiring diagram goes out with every order
• It is available for download on our website
• It is clear, clean, and easy to follow

The official wiring diagram, now documents everything from the control module connections to siren, brake-away switch, door sensors, battery, fuse holder, and chassis ground.

Why make it free on the website?

Why not?

There are no trade secrets in it. No magic dust. Just straightforward wiring that shows how clean and simple these systems are.

And if a trailer manufacturer or dealer wants to install one of our systems, heaven forbid, they will see exactly how easy it is.

Sometimes growth is not about reinventing your product.

Sometimes it is about tightening up the details that make you more credible.

Took me 18 years.

Better late than never.
