Customer service is not a buzzword with me. It is the job.

Trailer-Alarms.com just crossed 20 years in business.
We have owned and built the ProTec manufacturing side for 10 years.
ProTec systems are now at 30 years of trailer security.

That time matters.

It means we have seen bad installs, bad advice, and bad outcomes.
It also means we know what works in the real world.

I take pride in working directly with customers.
Listening first.
Asking the right questions.
Finding the right solution for how you actually use your trailer.

Our systems are not the answer for everyone.
And I am not going to pretend they are.

If our product is not the right fit, I will tell you.
If a simpler solution makes more sense, we talk about that too.

We rely on experience and training, not scripts.
Sometimes that means phone support.
Sometimes that means FaceTime while you are standing inside your trailer, tools in hand, fixing the problem.

Our testimonials exist for a reason.
They come from people who needed honest help and got it.

If you want a box shipped and silence after checkout, plenty of places do that.
If you want straight answers, patience, and real support, that is what we do.

Customer service is not a buzzword with me. It is the job.
