Doing what we say we'll do

Most companies talk about standing behind their products. We actually do it.

We do not see many warranty claims. That is one reason we confidently offer a 5 year limited warranty. Many of the companies that “tried” to copy what we do only backed their systems for one year.

Recently a customer called with an issue. We walked through troubleshooting over the phone but decided the best move was to send the unit back for testing.

When it arrived, we:

• Inspected it for water intrusion or physical damage
• Bench tested the system
• Ran additional diagnostics

Result. Bad board.

No debate. No runaround.

We shipped a replacement the same day.

That is how support should work when your equipment and trailer security actually matter.
