More testing
So the new temp sensor showed up fast. Faster than some people install the systems they already bought.
Got it to the shop. Wired it in. Started testing.
It worked exactly like it should.
Yes, it plugs into the same terminal as the door sensors and smoke sensors. Same input. Same logic.
Now here’s the bigger point.
Why does it matter which sensor triggered it?
With the G2, your goal is simple.
Get notified.
Go handle it.
You didn’t buy a G2 to debate whether the alert came from:
• A door opening
• Smoke in the trailer
• Temperature issue
You bought it to know something is wrong.
If your enclosed trailer is full of race parts, tools, equipment, or product, the cause is secondary. The alert is primary.
The system does its job.
It tells you there’s a problem.
You take action.
That’s the point of real security.
Not guessing. Not hoping. Not finding out the next morning.
