My younger days

There’s something a little different about seeing one of our systems show up on the map in an area that has some personal history for me.

I spent part of my elementary school years in this area of Missouri. I played Little League baseball not far from where this system is currently located.

I grew up in what, back then, was basically a wide spot in the road between Columbia and Jefferson City. Somehow it has progressed far enough that it actually shows up on maps now. Progress, I suppose.

After more than 20 years of shipping trailer security systems all over the country, it’s pretty neat seeing one pop up close to where part of my story started.

From a historical and personal standpoint, I’d enjoy seeing quite a few more yellow squares show up around this part of Missouri.

Only time will tell.
