Not every customer is the right fit for us

And we are not the right fit for every customer.

If you are looking for the cheapest solution possible, we may not be a fit.

If you are comparing products based only on price, we may not be a fit.

If you believe every trailer alarm is basically the same, we may not be a fit.

If you expect extensive support, years of experience, specialized design, and personal service, but want it at bargain pricing, we may not be a fit.

And that is okay.

Because the right customers understand value.

They understand that price and cost are not always the same thing.

They understand that buying once often costs less than buying cheap and replacing it later.

They understand that experience matters.

They understand that support matters.

They understand that protecting a trailer, its contents, and in some cases a business, is not always the place to make decisions based on the lowest number.

In business, I have learned something.

The customers who focus only on price often require the most time, the most explanations, the most stress, and are often the least satisfied.

The customers who understand value tend to appreciate the product, the support, and the relationship.

We are not trying to be everything to everyone.

We are trying to serve the people who understand what we do, and why we do it.

If that is you, we may be a very good fit.
