One of them days

Today was one of those days where you can only laugh at yourself and move on. After spending nearly 20 of the last 30 days in hotels and being out of any normal work rhythm, I felt it. I told my wife at the shop that I was heading to the UPS Store to drop off packages. Three miles down the road, it hit me. I forgot the packages.
I called myself a dumbass, because sometimes that label is earned.
Time to get back to normal. Whatever normal is.
