Tech tips 2
Running wires in a trailer is sometimes a pain in the backside.
You cannot always hide wiring inside the walls, up in the corners, or underneath the trailer. Sometimes you need a different solution that still looks clean and professional.
This style of cable cover channel works well for protecting and hiding wires while keeping the install looking organized instead of looking like someone just threw wiring at the wall and hoped for the best. Which, sadly, is a real installation strategy for some people.
One thing that helps these channels stay in place long term is properly cleaning the surface before sticking them down. Dust, oil, and trailer grime will eventually cause the adhesive to let go.
For extra security, especially in trailers that see a lot of vibration or rough roads, you can also use small screws to secure the channel to the wall.
Clean installs matter.
Not just for appearance, but for reliability years down the road.
