Time to clean up

Spent part of today cleaning up parts bins and consolidating inventory for components we don’t use as often anymore.

It’s amazing how much space, money, and efficiency we’ve gained since acquiring the manufacturing side of the business over 10 years ago and bringing it to Texas.

Better inventory control.
Less wasted space.
Faster access to parts.
Less dependence on outside suppliers.

Sometimes the biggest improvements don’t come from adding something new.

Sometimes they come from questioning why something has always been done a certain way and realizing there’s a better option.
