Two decades in this business and this one slipped right past me.

Worked with a customer who came up with a simple idea that just makes sense.

Instead of the standard toggle switch inside the trailer, we used a keyed switch mounted on the outside. Easy access. No digging around inside. No excuses for not using it.

This switch is tied directly to the safety side of the system. It controls the brake lock so you don’t end up fighting your own trailer when you’re trying to move it.

Real benefit is simple:

• Faster to use
• Harder to forget
• Adds another layer of control

Sometimes the best improvements don’t come from a lab or a design meeting. They come from someone actually using the product every day and thinking, “there’s a better way.”
