We made it work

While going through some website stats, I came across an article Rick Carr wrote about Trailer-Alarms.com back in August 2022.

I appreciated it then, and I still appreciate it today.

Rick didn’t write a short review saying everything was great. He told the entire story. He explained why he needed an alarm for his 30-foot race trailer, the installation problem they ran into, and how I overnighted another system because he was leaving on a 6,000-mile trip.

The original system later turned out to be fine. The problem was a defective fuse that looked perfectly good.

Rick also wrote that the alarm worked flawlessly during the trip and that I stood behind the product from start to finish.

Many small companies, mine included, don’t receive many written reviews. People are busy, and once something works, they usually move on with their day.

That makes a detailed article like this pretty special to come across again four years later.
