When we launched the G2 system, we were in full-speed mode

The goal was simple. Build a reliable system and get an easy-to-use interface into our customers’ hands as quickly as possible.

Over the past two years, we’ve learned a lot. Not because anything was broken, but because real-world use always teaches you things that no amount of planning can.

Now we’re taking those lessons and making improvements on both the customer side and our side of the business.

I have to give credit to our programming engineers. Their vision for where this platform is headed is pretty impressive. They didn’t just throw out ideas. They mapped everything out, covered the edge cases, and put together a solid game plan.

What started as “let’s build a trailer security system” has grown into something much bigger.

If everything stays on schedule, we hope to begin rolling out these updates over the next several months.

Sometimes slowing down after the sprint gives you a chance to make a good product even better.

And after seeing the roadmap, all I’ve got to say is…

Wow. 👏
