In fact, if you have questions about one of our systems, I encourage it. I’d rather spend some time on the phone making sure you’re ordering the right system than have you guess.

But there is one thing I won’t do over the phone.

Take your order.

There are a couple of reasons for that.

First, I don’t want your credit card information. I don’t want it written on a piece of paper, sitting on my desk, or stored anywhere around here. When you order through Trailer-Alarms.com, your payment is handled securely through our Shopify-powered online store.

Second, I know one of my limitations.

Give me a long credit card number over the phone and there’s a decent chance I’ll write one of those numbers down wrong. Then my accounting person gets involved, another phone call has to be made, and we’ve turned a simple order into a project.

So call me.

Ask questions.

You get the benefit of talking directly to the guy who knows the systems, without giving that same guy your credit card number.
