Simple 4 wire connection 
The 4 wires sticking out are relatively short, 10". They will need to be spliced. 
DO NOT PULL ON THEM THINKING YOU WILL GET MORE WIRE OUT!

Trailer-Alarms Custom Keypad Instructions

• Important: This keypad is not weatherproof. Install it in a protected location.
  
• Reminder to set a delay on the actual alarm

Startup and Power

• The keypad takes 2.5 minutes to start after power is connected.
• If power is removed, it will take 2.5 minutes to restart again.
• The keypad has an internal microcomputer that saves users and log files, even if power is lost.

Wiring Connections
This keypad connects to any PTS-2 alarm using 4 wires.
If the wires are too short for your installation, extend them by soldering additional length.

• Red – +12V
• Black – Ground
• Green – Key SW
• Blue – AUX

Password and Admin Area

• Default admin password: XXXX.
• Test the system with this password before changing it.
• If you forget the password, you may return the unit for reset.
• To access the admin menu, press the Trailer-Alarms.com logo and enter the admin password.

Admin Functions

• Add or remove users.
• View log files.
• Logs are stored for a limited time. Heavy use will overwrite older entries.
• Do not expect logs to cover multiple months.

Power Consumption

• Boot up - 350 mA
• Once booted - 200 mA
