It can trigger the relay at either a high temperature or a low temperature. It is not “dual temp” at the same time, but it can be configured for either direction.

It is a single setpoint controller with selectable trigger direction.
Meaning:
You choose one temperature.
You choose whether the relay turns on when temperature goes above it or below it.
That is controlled by the mode setting.
